Duke marketing :
- Directed all marketing and sales aspects of HQ Business Centers, a 186 unit, $250 million, global franchise network of executive business suites.
- Managed $120 million sales program, research, new product development, $1 million graphic services department, public relations, advertising, Web site development and communications.
- Developed and launched a multi-million dollar new Internet product concept.
Served as Chairperson to the European and Latin American ownership groups.
- Developed strategic alliances and new business partnerships.
- Developed and provided videoconferencing program/training for network of 100 sites.
- Created local marketing manual and programs for franchisees.
Duke Marketing developed brochures for worldwide center in 17 countries and 7 different languages.
Duke Marketing created a franchise packet to attract new franchisees as well as a multi-media CD-Rom. The CD-Rom attracted new franchisees and work as a PR tool. It generated so much interest that Tri-Com Pictures asked to do a national television program “International Business Perspectives” with HQ Business Centers.
Duke Marketing did extensive research to develop two new product offerings “Business Identity and Office Access.” These new concepts were an instant success with entrepreneurs that needed a place to plug-in or use the business address and corporate accounts that had sales people scattered all over the world. These new services brought in over $8 million in revenue in less than a year.
Duke Marketing launched HQ Business Centers corporate website which included an elaborate database backend for center locations as well as linking to 186 centers sites and in 7 different languages.
Duke Marketing created an international advertising campaign for HQ. Print ads appeared in United Hemispheres, The Wall Street Journal-International Edition, Entrepreneur, and several other magazines in the U.S., South America and the U.K.
Duke Marketing created a style guide to provide consistency for all the franchisees.
Duke Marketing provided all business centers with their own center introduction sheets.
Duke Marketing created product sheets for center services.
Duke Marketing provided public relations manuals to each franchisee and provided media contacts within their local area, press release templates and support materials.
Duke Marketing provided strategic planning for the board of directors and owners of HQ Business Centers as well as business plans.
Duke Marketing coordinated an International corporate event, “Mission Possible,” for all employees of HQ Business Centers. The event included training courses, team building activities and an awards ceremony at Walt Disney World.
Duke Marketing provided training tapes for all franchisees to purchase.
Duke Marketing created local center marketing techniques and best practices manuals that were used by 186 centers worldwide.
Duke Marketing created a national yellow pages program to save franchisees dollars for placing their own local yellow pages ads. We also created all the advertisements.
After running advertisements for HQ Business Centers in the International Wall Street Journal, the Journal did an entire campaign around our success with the program which generated a tremendous amount of publicity.
Duke Marketing created a franchisee newsletter to update, and share information with 186 centers worldwide.
Duke Marketing developed a new product offering for high speed Internet access in all the HQ Business Centers. Revenues within the first 6 months were over $1 million.
Another new product offering we developed HQ VideoNet was the largest network of videoconferencing available in the world. Duke Marketing provided training and developed promotions with locations around the world that generated international publicity.
HQ VideoNet© was the largest network of videoconferencing available in the world, and an entire business system, trademark, and promotional items were developed.
